Free Home Design Software for Beginner

iNet Buzzer - There is lots of software that you can use to design your dream home. But some of them are quite difficult to use or sell at a price that is quite expensive. Software like AutoCad is recommended as it's usually use by many Architect, but we need to learn more to use the tools or you need to pay much for the license.

But I hope this is not an obstacle for the beginner to get started.  We can still create a great design with a free software tools. Here is a list of some of the Free Home Design Software for Beginner that I managed to collect.

1. Google Sketchup

Occupying the top spot in my list is Google Sketchup. I chose this software is not because of its simplicity, but I prefer to use it because the user community as well as support from Google. Yup, this software is made by Google engineer and provide freely. This is an important point for the beginner to learn, because it’s large resources viabilities.

With Google SketchUp, you can easily design your home with 3D display that does not burden your system.

2. DesignWorkshop Lite

Available in Mac and Windows versions. The lite version offered is more than enough to begin designing your dream home. You can build 3D models for buildings, Landscape, exhibit and spatial.

3. Autodesk Homestyler

This software is a free online version which is developed by Autodesk for designing Floor plans. This software runs in Adobe Flash Player. Therefore be sure to install the latest version of Flash Player.

MySketch is the home design software to create 2D home objects or 3D.

This software is perfect for those who want to concentrate in interior design. You can draw the floor and the room and equip it with various ornaments furniture.
