So. I don't wanna wasting your time. And here is the Mocha Cookies Recipes:

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter
    2 ounces semisweet chocolate
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 ounces semisweet chocolate

Preparation
Melt butter and 2 ounces semisweet chocolate in a microwave. Meanwhile, put egg, espresso powder, and sugar into a bowl; whisk for about 1 minute or until light. Combine melted-chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, scraping bowl if necessary. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; combine with the chocolate mixture, and mix well. Finely chop 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, and add to bowl, mixing until well-incorporated. Let chill for 15 minutes. Form a 6-inch log, and freeze for 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 325°. Slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack, and serve.

Hot Pocket Recall By Nestle: Croissant Crust Philly Steak and Cheese

iNet Buzzer - This month there were massive recall from Nestle USA. This recall is indicated because the less stringent of Nestle USA Quality Control to sort the meat for their latest production. And as proof of their responsibility, it was decided to conduct a recall of the product. Keep in mind , that this recall only for the 2 existing products under the trademark of Hot Pockets®.

There are two Nestle USA product packaging in the recall in February 201. Both of these products come from of their Hot Pockets® line:

1. Hot Pockets® Philly steak and cheese.
 
2. Hot Pockets® Croissant Crust Philly Steak and Cheese.

This is the largest Meat recall to date made ​​by Nestle USA. And Nestle voluntarily do recall because of their concerns about the products that could be detrimental to consumers .

It is predicted that the cause of the recall of their products with " Hot Pockets® brand " is because it was found that the meat used in the production line is not good for humans.
